President's Message Chapter President: Deborah Enix-Ross, Esq. Dear Wonderful GUCC Mothers, As we begin the program year, it is indeed my pleasure, as my first order of business, to thank you for the confidence and trust you have placed in me as President.  Jack and Jill of America, Inc. is celebrating 70 years of being the premier family organization that provides cultural, social, civic and recreational activities that stimulate and expand the minds of our children to enhance their lives. As President, I do so with a sense of excitement and purpose. This year, we already have much to celebrate.  With each  opportunity, we will remain focused on our core values:  providing our children with outstanding programs, community service and leadership opportunities; increasing communication and outreach to our local community; and being thoughtful, involved leaders within the Eastern region.
