20th Anniversary Celebration! 1986 - 2006 In September 2006, the Greater Union County Chapter celebrated 20 years of commitment to children and to the community! To celebrate this event, a 20th Anniversary Celebration was  hosted by the Chapter on  Saturday, December 2, 2006 in West Orange, NJ at Mayfair Farms. This was an exquisite affair to be remembered for a long time to come! Fundraising Chairpersons: Sandra Rice & Jacqueline Miller Shepard    In February 1968, the Jack and Jill of America Foundation was incorporated. The Foundation is the charitable arm of Jack and Jill. It is supported by funds from the local Jack and Jill chapters, and each chapter is responsible for raising monies yearly to support the Foundation. One-third of all money raised is sent to the Foundation. The remaining two-third is sent to a local charity of each chapter’s choosing. Monies raised from this 20th Anniversary Celebration fundraiser were donated to the Institute for Children with Cancer and Blood Disorders in New Brunswick, New Jersey (now called the Embrace Kids Foundation). www.embracekids.org Here are  a few of the photos from this memorable day!
